Route/Location:
Montana side, hangover ridge, north facing slope, ~25 degree slope, 5600′.

Weather:
Warm, wet snowfall, cloudy with rain up to 5000′

Wind:
Sustained winds 6-8 mph, gust 20 mph

New Snow: 6-12″

Avalanche Activity:
About 12″ new, wet heavy snow on top of ~14 of super light snow from last few days. Pit test EC4 and ECTP 4 with full propagation 30cm down. Performed multiple tests, similar results (4/5). Noted cracking in snow while digging small snow cave to get out of wind on lower angle terrain. Trees dropping snow with warming temps.

Other Comments:
Stuck to low angle, high coverage areas to ride down and out. Snow was much heavier than a day prior, skiing and skinning
