dug a pit just off the top on a 30 degree angle with an aspect of WNW. Snow depth of 155 cm measurements are from the ground up.
While skining up we noticed an 8 inch layer that wasnt bonding very well, that looks like it could be an issue in weeks to come.

We also observed ground level surface hoar.

We decided to ski conservative and avoided steep terrain and roll overs, had a great day with fresh turns.
