Small ski cut trigged wet loose and wet slab on the 30-40* terrain trap half pipe exit of big Joe’s SE facing bowl. Shows the new/old interface has low friction when free water content is available to lubricate surface.

HS 215 cm
ECTNs at 5cm, 10cm, 30cm (Old snow interface)

Skied conservatively staying out of the more consequential avalanche terrain in the upper head wall.

Good skiing conditions despite a slight wind effect avoidable by hugging terrain and trees.
