South aspect
ECTP 11 at 42 cm
Slope angle 30 degrees
wind loading just below ridge was expected; decided to ski lower angle approach to the top of the gully

Elevation 8,200 ft
South aspect
ECTN 18 at 40 cm
slope angle 32 degrees
Snow felt solid as we skied into the gully and lower down. Dug 2 hasty pits on the descent assuring us of a better conditions.
good skiing at the top and middle of the wizard and icier crust towards the bottom.
