Winter has arrived, and rallying in support of your avalanche center has gone virtual. Don’t despair; the Pray for Snow tradition is alive and well! While we won’t be gathering in person this year, the West Central Montana Avalanche Foundation invites you to our first-ever Pray for Snow online auction — a cornucopia of snow-centric goodies that’s here just in time for the holidays. We’ve got gear from Black Crows, BCA, Black Diamond, MSR, Dynafit, and Mammut, as well as gifts from some of our favorite local businesses and artists.
This winter, we expect to see more people in the mountains than ever before. Our goal is to keep everyone safe by supporting the West Central Montana Avalanche Center and providing educational opportunities for all backcountry user groups. Together, we can save lives and continue creating the most fun, safe, and responsible backcountry community possible. Please help us, help you, by spreading the word. It’s time to Pray for Snow!
