Avalanche Awareness Presentation for Snowmobiles – January 27, 6:30pm – Missoula Arctic Cat, 5106 W Harrier, Missoula, MT
This is a basic avalanche awareness presentation geared towards snowmobilers. We will discuss how avalanches form, where they are likely to occur, and what to do if you are caught in one. The presentation will include video, slides and demonstrations by avalanche specialists from the West Central Montana Avalanche Center.
