Free Avalanche Transceiver Workshop at Lolo Pass January 18, 10am-2pm.
The West Central Montana Avalanche Center will have instructors available to work with you and your backcountry partners to help you become proficient with transceiver searching. This is an informal session, just show up with your transceiver and a probe. The beacon park is located next to the visitor center parking lot. Snowmobiles can park nearby.
A parking pass is required if you park in the visitor center parking lot. This can be purchased at the Lolo Pass Visitor Center. No pass is required if you park on the Montana side across Highway 12. Please leave your dog in Montana. Thanks!
