Route/Location:
We took a short tour up hangover hill to check out conditions and get some turns in. There was about 4″ of new on heavy wet snow. Lots of effort to turn in these conditions. We dug a pit and found a layer failing about a foot down. On and extended column test we got ECT8NP. Layer was not showing much strength however its not a clean layer, Q3, and didn’t seem to want to propagate.

Quickly warmed above freezing, sunny conditions.
