Avalanche Activity:
crown on lower NNW face of Sky pilot around 8200′. Did not occur today but new in past 1-3days. Appeared as though a 3-4″ windslab had broken on 40ish degree slope with stepdown to 10-12″ deep underlying wind slab on mid 30s degree slope, path approx 800′ funneled into 600′ run. Dug extended column on N facing 25ish degree aspect at 8150′. Failed with 15th compression, no propagation, quality 2, 25cm depth, low-energy.
