Weather:
Sunny and very warm very early

Wind:
No wind at the lake, some indications of snow movement up on the peaks.

New Snow: 0-3″

Avalanche Activity:
Sloughing and roller balls on all aspects. Snowpack was very warm as early as 11am.

Other Comments:
There is still a fair amount of new snow and the snowpack was not what I was hoping for or expecting. Pole probes indicated soft snow as deep as 125cm with no indication of an overnight freeze. Skin-able snow started at ~5900ft.
