Observation Date: 02/17/2020

Route/Location:
Jenny Bowl trees.

Weather:
Foggy with moderate winds and snowing.

Wind:
Moderate on the ridge, none in the bowl.

New Snow: 6-12″

Avalanche Activity:
None observed.

Other Comments:
Dug a pit at the top of the bowl below the Death Star out of the wind. Almost a foot of low density new snow. CT 15 and ECT15 no propagation at the bottom of the new snow.

Fantastic skiing with sluffing on steeper roll overs but no shooting cracks or obvious signs of instability. Lapped the bowl multiple times with conditions staying the same and the bowl receiving little to no wind below the ridge line. Cornices continue to grow and warrant giving a wide berth.
