Wind slabs were the primary concern today. Very strong gusts generally out of the southwest, although a lot of swirling of the wind as well. We were able to trigger a very small windslab in some NE glades. Aside from wind slabs the storm snow seemed to be setting up, there were no obvious signs of instability. Dug a pit at 7000′ East facing with no propagation.
Heavy snow in the morning followed by less snow and more wind as the day went on, about 5″ of accumulation. Wet snow below 6000′.
